I know there is a tradition that says you do not wear white after Labor Day, but that doesn’t really apply anymore. White is one of those staple colors that you can wear year round and never goes out of style. It is very elegant and classic, making a bold statement wherever you go. The all white trend has been around for quite some time and it’s not going away anytime soon. You can find various shades of white such as ivory, eggshell, and magnolia which you can mix and match.
All white parties are held in different venues and locations so make sure you are dressed appropriately. You might be going to an all white party on the beach but the dress code might be elegant. These parties are popping up everywhere, from a backyard to a 5 star hotel. People are having all white parties for baby showers, birthdays, garden and pool parties. If you are lucky to go on a cruise, you would definitely see an all white elegant or casual party for a family reunion.
When I got my official invite to Le Diner En Blanc Orlando, it was on!! It is almost impossible to find an entire all white outfit after summer, including shoes. I also knew that whatever outfit I purchased, it had to be elegant and classy for this event. This was going to be a tough one.
Classic and timeless was the look I wanted, a pant suit preferably. I don’t like shopping for clothes online, unless I know my size in a specific brand, so I had to find something locally. When I walked into NY and Company and saw this wide leg pants and blazer, I knew that was the outfit. The blazer can be worn with a pencil skirt. In keeping with the elegant all white party theme, white heels and a purse completed the outfit. Many people wore dresses, jumpsuit, skirt and pantsuits also. It was a party that I will never forget and until next time Le Diner En Blanc!!!!
